摘  要:在四川达州生态条件下研究了不同海拔高度(700、1000、1300 m)对白肋烟地上部干物质积累动态的影响。结果表明,白肋烟叶片、茎等干物质积累动态均符合前期慢、中期快、后期又慢的变化规律,海拔高度对各指标的变化模式有显著影响,在海拔700 m条件下,茎秆、叶片进入快速生长期早,干物质积累速率高,移栽后56至78 d叶片干物质积累量占干物质总量的49%,单株日均叶片干物质积累9.3 g。随着海拔高度的增高,烟叶生长发育和干物质积累变慢,表现在进入快速生长期变晚,干物质积累速率降低,特别是在1300 m高海拔地区,12叶以上叶片出生晚,发育慢,干物质积累明显滞后,烟株打顶期比海拔700 m晚半个月,砍收期晚近1个月,移栽92 d之后仍有19.3%的干物质积累,不利于正常成熟和晾制。The study was carried out to investigate the effect of altitute (700,1000,1300 m) on the dynamic changes in dry matter accumulation of burley tobacco in Sichuan area. The results showed that the dry matter accumulations of leaf and stalk were all in line with the ' Logistic' growth model ,while altitute had significant effect on the changing parameters. Under lower altitute of 700 m,leaf and stalk entered fastgrowth stage early and with high rate of dry matter accumulation. During the period of 56 to 78 d after transplant, the proportion of dry matter accumulation was 49 % of the total dry weight with the daily increasing rate of 9.3 g. As the increase of altitute,the growth and development and dry matter accumulation became slow. Especially at the altitute of 1300 m,the middle and upper leaf group appeared late;dry matter accumulation of which was delayed ; topping date was half month later than at the altitute of 700 m, and the harvest date was one month later. There was 19.3 % of the dry matter accumulation happened after 92 days after transplant,which was not conductive to the normal mature and air-curing.
