摘  要:腾冲雪鸡是近年品种资源调查工作中发现的一个地方优良畜禽品种,具有羽毛洁白无斑、肉骨乌黑、肉质好、抗病性强等优良特性。为了从分子水平阐明其种质特性,采用PCR凝胶电泳技术对腾冲雪鸡33个微卫星座位(位于家鸡24条染色体上)进行了遗传变异检测。检测的样本量为53个个体,随机采自该鸡主产区自然群体,共检测到142个等位基因,每个座位等位基因数目从2个到8个不等,平均等位基因数为4.3030±1.2621个;群体平均期望杂合度及平均多态信息含量分别为0.6664±0.1368和0.6118±0.1443。研究结果表明:腾冲雪鸡群体内存在丰富的遗传变异,遗传多样性较高。Tengchong white chicken, with some unique genetic characteristics, such as the plumage of white-snow, black skin, meat and bone, good quality for its meat, and disease resistance, was an indigenous chicken breed discovered in recent years in Gaoligong mountanious region. In order to gain an insight into its genetic characterization of genome, the microsatellite DNA polymorphisms for 53 random individuals sampled from the Tengchoug white chicken population were assayed by using PCR and polyacrylaminde gel electrophoresis. Out of 33 microsatellite loci tested which are located on chicken' s 24 chromosomes, a total of 142 alleles were detected, and the number of alleles varied from 2 to 8, giving the mean value of 4. 3030 ± 1. 2621 alleles per locus. The average expected heterozygosity and polymorphism information content were estimated as 0. 6664 ±0. 1368 and 0. 6118 ± 0. 1443 ,respectively. The results revealed that the genetic variability in Tengchong white chicken population was rich.
