摘 要:目的研究芦荟总苷提取物对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。方法采用昆明种小鼠(18~22g),随机分为对照组,模型组,空白组和芦荟总苷提取物高、中、低3个剂量组,分别灌胃给药。连续酒精灌胃(空白组除外)造成小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性和肝脏匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果模型纽的肝脏过氧化反应增强,肝组织匀浆中丙二醛含量明显高于对照组和三个剂量组,差异有显著性(P〈0.01);对照组和高、中剂量组SOD活性高于模型组(P〈0.01)。结论芦荟总苷提取物对小鼠酒精性肝损伤具有较明显的保护作用。Objective To study the protective effects of the Total Glycoside of aloe on etha- nol -induced acute liver injury and its mechanism. Methods Mice of Kunming(18 -22g)were randomly divided into control group, model group and three Total Glycoside of Aloe groups (50g/kg, 100g/kg, 200g/kg). Then Total Glycoside of Aloe and Alcohol was given to the animals by forced per- fuse gastrically for 15 days. The activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , and aspartate aminotrans- ferase (AST) in mice serum were measured, meanwhile, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondial- dehyde (MDA) in the liver were determined when the mice were continuously treated for 10 days. Results The hepatic lipid peroxidation reaction was promoted ten - day administration of ethanol in model group. The level of malon dialdehyde (MDA) in model group was significantly higher than that of mice in control group and three Aloe treated groups;The SOD, which was contended in the high group, the middle group is higher than that of the model group. Conclusion The Total Glycoside of Aloe had significant protective effect on the liver injury of mice.
