生源减少形势下成人高等教育发展的SWOT分析

摘　　要：文章先简要介绍了SWOT分析方法;然后借助此方法,系统分析了当前生源出现逐年减少趋势的形势下成人高等教育发展所存在的优势(Strength)、劣势(Weakness)、机会(Opportunity)与威胁(Threat);最后根据分析结果探讨了当前形势下成人高等教育的发展战略,提出了进一步规范成人高等教育招生环节、保证有较充分的生源数量、全面提升办学质量等对策与建议。This paper gives the brief introduction of the SWOT analysis. Then uses this method, making systematic analysis of the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat in the development of adult higher education under the situation of the decreasing student source. Based on the analysis results, inquiring into the development strategy of the adult higher education, This paper gives the suggestions including further standardizing the enrollment of adult higher education, ensuring sufficient student source of adult higher education, improving the teaching quality of adult higher education, etc.
