我国高职高专院校生源困境的成因

摘　　要：我国高职高专院校生源面临着困境,主要表现为招生计划不能完成;生源质量普遍不高;校际生源质量存在明显差异等,而这些现象背后有着传统文化、社会结构、要素失谐等历史、现实、教育性成因。Enrollment problems exist in Higher Technical and Vocational colleges in our country. Some vocational colleges have difficulty in student resource and low quality of new comers, the differences of the quality of students exist in vocational collegess too. These problems are caused by historic, realistic, educational factors such as traditional culture, the social structure and unbalancement of integrants.
