摘　　要：近年来,我国的农产品加工技术发展迅速,但还存在农产品产后损耗严重、深加工产品少、农产品加工企业规模小及设备技术水平落后等诸多问题。农产品加工技术推广体系的建设是当前解决我国农产品加工问题的一项重要措施,是实现科研成果转化为农业生产力的关键环节。如何建立和完善我国的农产品加工技术推广体系,是当前农业工作的一项重要任务。In recent years, the agricultural products processing technology in our country develops rapidly. But there are still many problems, for example, the wastage of the product after being picked is serious, deeply processing products are lack, the scale of agricultural processing corporation is small and the level of the equipment and technique get behind.The construction of the agricultural products processing technology promotion system is an important measure in our country for solving the problems in product processing, and a key link to realize the transform from scientific research achievement to agricultural productive forces. So how to establish and perfect the agricultural products processing technology promotion system is an important task now.
