摘　　要：刑事判例作为一项制度在英美法系国家大放异彩,大陆法系国家和地区也利用其来完善自己的法律制度,在我国建立刑事判例制度具有可行性。我国有现行的法律依据;有判例法的传统;能够克服判例制度建立的障碍和具有建立判例制度的措施。The criminal precedents has been shining in the common law system, and the countries and regions of the civil law system should also use it to improve their own legal systems. In our country, it is feasible to establish the system, because we has the legal basis, related tradition, and can overcome the obstacles and solve the problems of establishing precedent system.
