摘　　要：彰显高校院(系)党总支在科研中的先进性,是以改革创新精神加强高校党的建设的重要工作。在系统分析当前高校院(系)党总支在科研中发挥先进性的现状、存在的问题及其产生的原因等实然生态的基础上,探索高校院(系)党总支在科研中发挥先进性的长效机制,充分发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用和党员先锋模范作用。Exerting the progressive effect of CPC branch on scientific research in colleges and universities is the important means to enhance the construction of CPC with the spirit of reformation and innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze systematically the status quo, existing problems and the causes of the problems, to explore the long-term mechanism of exerting the progressive effect of CPC branch on scientific research, so that the CPC members can play an exemplary role in the scientific research.
