摘　　要：近年来，近距治疗在国内外广泛报道，前景喜人。本文结合相关文献中对^125I种子源的介绍，简要回顾了种子源的发展背景，较系统综述了其理论基础、优点，主要类型及该领域的研究进展。探讨了^125I种子源生产和应用的发展趋势。The developments of brachytherapy are described at home and abroad in the recent years, and the prospect of brachytherapy is also forseen in the next century In this paper, the background of 125^I source was simply given The advantage, theoretical-groundwork, types and the progress of this field were reviewed systemically, based on the correlative monographs and documents on the narration of 125^I source. The trends on production and application of 125^I source are also discussed.
