摘　　要：文中针对我国银行普遍存在的信用缺失问题,从信息不对称、制度不完善两个方面分析了银行信用缺失的机理,并针对此机理,提出了完善银行信用体系建设的对策建议。In view of the prevalence of bank credit deficiency, from the asymmetric information, the imperfect system of two aspects of the loss of bank credit, and for this mechanism, by improving the bank＇s credit system construction of the proposed countermeasures.
