摘　　要：血液透析作为一项特殊的医疗服务项目,服务失误难以避免。紧密结合医疗管理实践,分析血液透析服务失误的主要特征,包括医疗技术存在局限、服务质量难尽人意以及健康促进尚不完善等,为建立服务补救机制提供依据。The service mistake in hemodialysis , a special medicine item, is difficult to be avoided. The article is associated with the medical management practice closele, analysis the main feature of the seavice mistake in hemodialysis, including the limitation of medical technology, the service quality that is difficult to be satisfied completely, the unperfect of health improvement. The goal of us is to provide a basis for the establishment of the machanism of service recovery.
