病案社会化利用存在问题的现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解社会不同人群对病案社会化利用的认知程度、了解程度与影响人群知情权的各种因素。方法利用自编调查表,按经济区域划分成珠三角、粤东、粤西、粤北4片,在每片中从对医疗过程了解程度不同的3类人群中抽选部分人口开展问卷调查。结果珠三角、粤北、粤东、粤西病案社会化利用单项知情率分别为30.80%,30.61%,46.05%,43.20%,知情率与经济发展不存在直接关系;医护人员,患者,非医非患的其他社会人群的单项知情率分别为81.55%,42.44%,44.43%,3类人群知情率并不随着人们对医疗过程了解程度的加深存在递进关系。结论社会人群对病案社会化利用的了解是多渠道的,主要通过与医疗过程密切接触和媒体的报道。Objective To find out how the medical professionals understand the social utilization of medical record, and locate all the factors influencing the right to information of the public. Methods Purpose-made survey forms are used to study four districts of Guangdong province, viz.Zhu River Triangle, Northern-Guangdong, Eastern Guangdong, and Western Guangdong.ln each district, to analyze three groups of people, who are classified according to their medical knowledge. Results The percentages of being informed of the social use of medical records are 30.80%, 30.61%, 46.05%, and 43.20% respectively for the four districts, which indicates this percentage is irrelevant to the economic growth.The numbers of medical professionals, patients, and the other population are 81：55%, 42.44%, and 44.43% respectively, which demonstrates that this percentage is not increased simply because the knowledge of medical is enhanced. Conclusion There are many ways for the public to understand the social use of the medical records.The personal participation of medical activity and media report are currently two of the major ways.
