摘　　要：环境信访是我国环境纠纷解决机制中一项不容忽略的制度。本文以一次环境信访试验和调查切入,阐述了我国环境信访制度存在的现实基础,并提出对其进行制度改进的具体路径。Environmental work of letters and calls plays an undeniable role in dispute settlement mechanism in China. This paper, based on a case study and investigation, illustrates the practical foundation of the existing system of environmental work of letters and calls and puts forwards the suggestion on the way of improvement.
