基于协整理论的政府科技投入绩效与目标强度研究

摘　　要：高水平的政府科技投入强度是一个国家具有较高创新能力的重要保障。提高我国政府科技投入绩效水平,确定最优的科技投入目标强度,可以使有限的政府科技投入资金发挥最大的作用。在对我国政府科技投入与绩效产出实际数据分析基础上,提出可以运用协整理论对最优的科技投入目标强度进行检验。High effective government＇s inputting in scientific and technological is an important ensurement for our country innovation. Raising our government＇s scientific and technological inputting efficiency and determining the best target intensity can bring into more play in government＇s scientific and technological inputting. On the base of the analysis of the date of our government＇s scientific and technological inputting, the paper puts forward that eo-integration theory can examine the best target intensity of our government＇s scientific and technological inputting.
