摘  要:目的:探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和S-100β蛋白水平变化的意义。方法:采用ELISA对36例脑梗死患者急性期、恢复期和30例对照组的血清HGF,S-100β蛋白水平进行动态检测,比较ACI患者在不同病情、不同梗死面积、不同神经功能缺损程度时的血清HGF,S-100β蛋白水平的变化,采用Spean-nan法对二者进行相关性分析。结果:脑梗死患者急性期血清HGF,S-100β蛋白水平显著高于对照组,在不同梗死面积、神经功能缺损程度之间比较有统计学意义。HGF与S-100β水平呈正相关。在恢复期与对照组比较无显著性差异。结论:HGF与S-100β蛋白可作为预测ACI患者病情严重程度的生化指标,二者相结合进行评价意义更大。Objective To investigate the changes of hepatoeyte growth factor(HGF) and S-100β protein contents in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) and its significance. Methods ELISA was employed to determine the serum levels of HGF and S-100β in 36 patients with ACI and 30 normal control. The changes of HGF and S-100β were compared among patients with different pathogenetie condition, infarction area and degree of neurological dysfunction. The correlation between HGF and S-100β was analyzed with Speannan. Results The serum levels of HGF and S-100β in patients with ACI were significantly higher than control group, and there was a significant difference in the serum levels of HGF and S-100β among different infarction area and different degree of neurological dysfunction. The level of HGF was positively correlated with the level of S-100β,but HGF and S-100β in the patients in healing phase was not significantly different from that of control. Conclusion HGF and S-100β could be valuable in predicting the severity of ACI, and their combination will be more useful for evaluation.
