紫外线老化下遮色剂对着色的ZY-1硅橡胶色彩稳定性的影响

摘　　要：目的:测试不同遮色剂和颜料加入ZY-1硅橡胶中,在紫外线照射下硅橡胶的颜色变化,选择适合的遮色剂。方法:5种遮色剂(纳米TiO2、硅铝包覆的纳米TiO2、钛白干粉、油画白颜料、无遮色剂)与3种颜料(油画大红、水粉深红、无颜料)分别配对,与ZY-1硅橡胶混合,制成15组试件,每组5个,共75个试件。紫外线下照射200 h,用分光光度计测量照射前后CIE标准的L*、a*、b*值,并计算色差值△E。结果:经200 h照射后,以颜料分组的3组间色差有显著差异:无颜料组色差最小,油画组其次,水粉组色差最大;以遮色剂分组的5组间色差有显著差异,硅铝包覆纳米TiO2组色差最小,其次为纳米TiO2组与油画白颜料组(两组间无差异),随后是无遮色剂组,钛白干粉组色差最大。结论:ZY-1硅橡胶在紫外线老化下,颜料的加入降低了硅橡胶色彩稳定性,遮色剂的加入能提高硅橡胶色彩稳定性,硅铝包覆的纳米TiO2在所选遮色剂中,对于增强着色硅橡胶的色彩稳定性效果最好。Objective：To test color changes of ZY - 1 methylsilicone rubber subjected to ultraviolet aging after different opacifiers and pigments were added into it and select the suitable opacifiers. Methods：Five pacifiers（nanometer TiO2, nanometer TiO2 coated with Si and AI, dry powder of titanium white, oil white pigment, no opacifier） and three pigments（oil scarlet, gouache crimson, no pigment） were cross paired and a total of 75 specimens were obtained. Then these specimens were divided into 15 groups and were exposed to ultraviolet for 200 h. L^＊. a^＊ . b^＊ values were measured by spectrophotometer before and after exposure. The color differences （△E） were calculated. Results： After exposure for 200 h, △E had statistical significance among 3 groups divided by pigment . Specimens of no pigment had the smallest color changes while those of gouache crimson had the biggest. Among 5 groups divided by opacifiers,△E still had significant differences. The group of nanometer TiO2coated with Si and A1 had the smallest color change, followed by group of nanometer TiO2 and oil white pigment （there was no difference between these two groups）. No opacifier and dry powder of titanium white were in the 4th and 5th order. Conclusion：Pigments can cause color degradation on ZY 1 methylsilicone rubber subjected to ultraviolet. However, opacifiers can protect it from color degradation. According to the results of this study, nanometer Ti02 coated with Si and Al is the most effective among the five opacifiers for color stability of pigmented ZY - 1 methylsilicone rubber.
