摘　　要：本文从分析独立学院英语教学现状出发,探讨如何在传统教学的基础上科学地辅助以现代化的教学资源,加强团队建设,发扬合作精神,因材施教,走有自己特色的教改之路。By analyzing the present situation of English teaching in independent colleges, this paper approaches a subject on how to make use of modern teaching resources as supplementary devices on the base of the traditional teaching style, how to strengthen the team construction and cooperation, and how to teach students in accordance with their aptitude so as to break new paths of characteristic English teaching reform.
