摘 要:目的探讨光源透过不同厚度和经过不同表面处理的陶瓷介质对光固化树脂水门汀颜色稳定性的影响。方法制作厚度0.5mm和1.0mm厚的A2色热压铸瓷片,以光固化灯分别透过经"喷砂"和"喷砂+氨氟酸酸蚀"处理的瓷片或直接照射光固化树脂水门汀40s。用色度计测量固化后树脂水门汀试件的即刻颜色,随后将其浸泡于红酒中,分别在第1、5、10、15天再次测色,计算色差值并进行统计分析比较。结果树脂水门汀试件浸泡后亮度急剧下降,同时发生红色转变,浸泡的时间越长,颜色值的改变量和色差值越大,不同的陶瓷厚度和表面处理因素对ΔE和ΔL值无明显影响,但对Δa值的影响存在统计学差异,其中直接照射组的Δa值最小,其它各试验组无明显差别。结论在1mm厚度范围内,陶瓷的厚度和表面处理因素对光固化树脂水门汀的颜色稳定性没有明显影响。Objective To investigate the color stability of composite resin cement using two thick ceramic discs with different surface treat- ments as light transmission inter-media. Methods Two heat pressed ceramic discs in 0.5mm and 1.0mm were fabricated. 25 composite resin cement test pieces were irradiated directly and indirectly with a light source for 40s through the two ceramic discs treated with different surface treatments including sandblasting and sandblasting + HF etching. Changes in color of test samples were determined after they were stored in red wine for lday,5days, lO days and 15 days using the CIE-Lab system by a colorimeter. The results were 'analyzed by two-way analysis of variance and LSD muhi-compare. Results After being dipped in red wine, composite resin cement became darker and red. The longer dipping time, the greater change of color value and color difference. The factors of thickness and surface treatment of ceramic inter-medias had no effects on color stability of composite resin cement. However,zSa value of composite resin cement irradiated directly with light source was the smallest among all the groups. Conclusion Surface treatment to heat pressed ceramic with thickness less than lmm would not change color stability of light-curing composite resin cement.
