摘 要:目的用三维有限元方法分析上颌第一恒磨牙不同材料桩核对牙本质应力的影响。方法利用已建立的上颌第一恒磨牙及桩核的三维实体和三维有限元模型;在ANSYS10.0中分别对不同材质的桩核冠作同样的加载,得到牙本质内部VonMises应力云图及峰值应力数据。结果弹性模量接近牙本质的桩核可使桩尖端牙本质应力集中显著减小。结论选用弹性模量接近牙本质的桩核保护剩余的牙根组织。Objective To study the stress distribution discipline of root of the post-crown restored maxillary first molar with three kinds of materials. Methods The stress distribution of the diflierent post-core-crowns was studied and analyzed by three-dimensional finite element under the same loads. Results In the same composition of forces, the stress for dentin of the polyihene fiber reinforced composite post-corecrown was the smallest. Conclusion The materials with elastic modulus similar to that of dentin, such as polythene fiber reinforced composite, may be suitable for post restoration.
