摘　　要：本文观察了中风患者脑血管血液动力学多种参数的变化并分析了其相关性联系及对脑血流量的影响。The changes and the relationships of the cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameters(CVHP) in patients with stroke were observed. The recults showed that all parameters of CVHPin the patients were significantly.worse than those in control group (P<0. 05~0. 01). They hadsignificant correlation with each other. The carotid minimal flow (Qmin), the carotid minimal ve-locity (Vmin), the carotid mean velocity (Vmean), the cerebrovascular periphyeral resistance(R ), the cerebrovascular compliance for zero pressure (CO ), the carotid maximal velocity(Vmax), the carotid maximal flow (Qmax) and the mean blood pressure (MBP), played the ma-jor role in the multiple regressie equation of the carotid mean flow (Qmean).
