摘　　要：目的:探讨Nuss手术纠治小儿漏斗胸的手术方法及初步临床经验。方法:2006年9月至2008年7月,采用Nuss手术纠治55例漏斗胸患儿,其中男44例,女11例,年龄3～16岁,平均年龄5.9岁。55例中2例合并肺囊肿采用开放式手术,2例为复发病例采用胸腔镜辅助,其余病例均在非胸腔镜辅助下完成。结果:55例均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间42(30～50)min,术中平均出血量少于10ml,术后4例发生少量气胸。术后平均住院5.8 d。术后矫形效果48例为"优秀,"7例为"良好"。所有病例均获得随访,随访时间1～20个月,均无明显不适。结论:Nuss手术通过半永久性植入金属矫形器的方法矫治小儿先天性漏斗胸安全有效、创伤小、操作简单、手术时间短、术后恢复快、近期效果满意,远期效果有待进一步观察。Objective： To explore the Nuss procedure and technique for pectus excavatum repair and to summarize the clinical experience with it.Methods： From September 2006 to July 2008,55 children（11 females and 44 males） aged 3-16 years（mean 5.9 years） suffering from pectus excavatum underwent Nuss procedure,51 of the cases corrected without the assistance of thoracoscopic surgery,2 accompanied with lung cyst treated by open surgery and the other 2 palindromia cases accomplished by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.Results： The operations were successfully accomplished in all cases,with the operative time ranging from 30 to 50 minutes,intraoperative blood loss less than 10 ml and hospital stay averaging 5.8 days.Mild pneumothorax developed in 4 cases after the procedure.Postoperative evaluation was ＂excellent＂ in 48 and ＂good＂ in 7 cases.All patients were followed up for 1-20 months without any obvious complaints.Conclusion： Nuss procedure,with implantation of semi-permanent metal bars,can safely and effectively correct pectus excavatum.Easy to perform,minimally invasive and characterized by short operative time and fast recovery,it gives satisfactory short-term results,although its long-term results are yet to be further investigated.
