淋巴结穿刺组织免疫组化技术245例质量控制分析

摘　　要：为了探讨穿刺淋巴结组织HE染色切片及免疫组化染色切片的质量控制与标准化操作在提高病理诊断准确率中的意义,按照质控标准化进行穿刺淋巴结组织的HE制片和免疫组化染色,盲法比较标准化前后病理诊断结果。按照质控标准化制备的常规HE染色切片优良率为75.2%,免疫组化染色切片优良率为75.4%;明显高于未标准化制备的HE切片(61.7%,62.3%),两者差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。245例穿刺淋巴结组织,标准化后做出明确诊断的有141例(57.6%),标准化前为113例(46.1%),两者差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。初步研究结果提示,标准化操作流程提高了穿刺淋巴结组织的HE及免疫组化染色切片质量,诊断率提高,可作为穿刺淋巴结组织制片的标准流程应用。The objective of this study was to discuss the significance of quality control and standardization of HE and immunohistochemical stainings of puncture lymph node tissues.In accordance with the standardization of quality control,HE and immunohistochemial stainings of puncture lymph node tissues were performed,and the results were blindly compared before and after the standardization.The excellent rates of HE and immunohistomical stainings after the standardization were 75.2% and 75.4% respectively,and higher than those before the standardization（61.7% and 62.3%）,and there was a significant difference,P〈0.05.After the standardization,among 245 cases,141 cases got the clear diagnoses（57.6%）,and were higher than those（113 cases,46.1%） before the standardization,P〈0.05.In conclusion,this stardardization enhances the quality of HE and immunohistochemical stainings of puncture lymph node tissues and raises the diagnosis rate.
