摘 要:测定分析樟树花粉的营养成分,包括蛋白质、核酸以及脂肪酸的组成和含量,并同其它花粉种类进行对比分析,结果认为:樟树花粉中蛋白质、脂肪酸含量较丰富,蛋白质含量为15.87%,不饱和脂肪酸含量为55.67%,而对人体有利的多不饱和脂肪酸含量达到49.56%。因此,樟树花粉具有协调营养平衡、增强免疫功能、延缓衰老等多种保健功能,具有广阔的开发利用前景。The nutrient composition of pollen of Cinnamomum c amphora (L.) Presl., including protein, nucleic acid and the content and component of fatty acid, were measured and analyzed. The comparative analysis between pollen of Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl and other botanic pollens showed that contents of protein, fatty acid in pollen of Cinnamomum camphora (L.)Presl are higher than those of other botanic pollens. The content of protein and unsaturated fatty acid is 15.87 % and 55.67 %, respectively, And the content of poly-unsaturated fatty acid which does good to human body amounts to 49.56 %. Therefore, pollen of Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl., as a universally existent resource of nature in southern areas of china, has the quite good foreground for exploiture and utilization.
