肺癌患者血清IL-12、IL-18、STNFRS水平及其与临床病理生理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的:通过检测肺癌患者血清IL-12、IL-18、STNFR水平,探讨其与肺癌临床和病理生理特征的关系。方法:通过酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测72例肺癌患者,50例肺良性疾病患者及50例正常对照者血清IL-12、IL-18及STNFR水平。结果:肺癌患者IL-12水平显著低于肺良性疾病患者(P<0.01)和正常对照者(P<0.05),肺良性疾病IL-12水平显著高于正常对照者(P<0.05);肺癌患者IL-18、STNFR水平明显高于肺良性疾病患者(P<0.01)和正常对照者(P<0.01),肺良性疾病患者IL-18、STNFR水平与正常对照者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);肺癌患者中,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期和低分化的肺癌患者血清IL-12水平低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和中、高分化肺癌患者(P<0.05);肺癌患者血清IL-18水平与在身体状况差(PS≥2)、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期及组织学分级密切相关(P<0.05);身体状况(PS≥2)、Ⅲ-Ⅳ期肺癌患者血清STNFR水平显著高于身体状况(PS<2)、Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肺癌患者(P<0.05)。结论:检测肺癌患者血清中IL-12、IL-18及STNFR水平对预测肺癌生物学行为可能有一定的临床价值。Objective：To explore the the clinical significance of detaction of IL 12,IL-18 and STNFR in non-small lung cancer and provide a foundation for immunological treatment. Metbods：ELISA was used to detect the level of IL-12, IL-18 and STNFR in 72 patients with lung cancer ,50 patients with benign pulmonary diseases and 50 healthy adults. Results： The levels of IL 12 in lung cancer group wais significantly lower than in benign group （P〈0.01 ）and healthy control group（P〈0.05）, the levels of IL-18 and STNFR in lung cancer group were significantly higher than in benign and healthy control , but no significant differences was found between benign and healthy control. In lung cancer group ,the level of IL-12 was significantly lower（P〈0.05） in patients with poor cell differentiation and ）、Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage ,the levels of IL-18 was higher （P〈0.05）in patients with poor status, ）、Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage and poor cell differentiation and the levels of STNFR was higher in patients with poor status, ）、Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The combined detaction of IL-12, IL-18 and STNFR may predict biological features and prognosis of non small lung cancer.
