摘  要:对纯铜进行表面机械研磨处理(SMAT),获得纳米晶表层,且晶粒尺寸沿深度方向逐渐增大。采用离子注入技术在纳米晶纯铜中注入碳,利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)与高分辨电子显微镜(HRTEM)进行原位动态观察。结果表明,碳在基体的表面析出,形成无定形碳膜,在电子束的照射下形成洋葱状富勒烯。同时讨论了离子注入、电子束照射、纳米晶结构及碳原子与铜原子的相互作用对碳洋葱状富勒烯形成的影响。A gradient structure in copper surface was fabricated on a pure copper plate by means of surface mechanical attrition treatment. The microstructure of the surface layer was refined to nanoscale. Then in-situ transmission electron microscope and high resolution transmission electron microscope observation was performed in nanocrystalline pure copper implanted with carbon. The results show that carbon atoms firstly precipitated at the surface, and transformed in to amorphous carbon. Subsequently onion-like fullerenes were formed under the electron-beam irradiation. The effects of ion-implantation, electron-beam irradiation, nanostructured substrate and interaction of C and Cu atoms on the formation of onion-like fullerenes were also discussed.
