摘　　要：将行为激励机制应用于油田质量、健康、安全与环境(QHSE)管理体系之中,核心是体现"以人为本"的安全管理理念,营造石油安全文化氛围;通过采用对员工安全意识、积极性激励和对企业安全气氛分析,以及对领导安全绩效评价和对群体安全规范影响等方法,旨在激励管理者和员工的工作积极性,从而改善石油企业质量、健康、安全与环境管理体系的运行效果,获得更加高效的工作绩效。In the application of behavior excitation mechanism to the management system of quality, health, safety and environment, its centre is to embody the people-oriented conception of safety management and create the cultural atmosphere of petroleum safety. The methods like the encouragement of the staff safety consciousness and enthusiasm, the analysis of the safety atmosphere in enterprises, the evaluation on safety performance of leaders and the influence on the safety regulations of all staffs are applied in order to excite the working enthusiasm of managers and staffs, improve the running effect of QHSE system,, and thus getting more efficient work performance.
