摘　　要：以德国KBA公司的Genius 52UV印刷机为研究对象,分析了KBA的创新设计思路,即突破固有印刷模式对设计者思维的限制,各种类型的印刷机互相借鉴,选择成熟的成功要素进行大胆融合创新。Genius 52UV成功的启示:国内印刷机生产企业要勇于开展自主研发,使用互鉴融合成熟技术的方法,推陈出新,实施名牌战略才能拥有核心竞争力。The article, taking the Genius 52UV printing machine of KBA Printing Machinery Company as the research object, mainly analyzed tbe creative design way of KBA. That is breaking through the designer＇s mental barrier, scientifically selecting mature technologies and successful factors from other kinds of printing machines, and courageously integrating them into the printing machine. The success of Genius 52UV gave us a good enlightenment that domestic printing equipment manufacturing enterprises should reinforce research and development works, weed through the old to bring forth the new by the method of mutual learning and integration of different kinds of printing machines, and carry out famous brand strategy to get the core competence.
