单张纸印刷机收纸链条的优化设计

摘　　要：在现代的高速单张纸印刷机上,收纸装置常常都采用链条传送机构,而传统的收纸链条选取方法多为盲目试凑法。该法设计过程烦琐,设计周期过长,且不能公认最优。本着机械优化设计的思想,采用内点惩罚函数法对该机构的收纸链条重新进行了一次设计,优化效果明显。In modern high-speed single sheet printing presses, the delivery equipment often used chain transmission systems, but the traditional method to select the delivery chains is experimental test that can not be recognized as optimization. The process of design is tedious and the design cycle is long. In order to avoid these disadvantages, the author redesigns the delivery chains based on the idea of optimization and the method of internal point penalty function. The effect is obvious.
