证券纸pH值对印刷性能影响的研究

摘　　要：研究了高级证券纸pH值对其印刷性能的影响,包括pH值和证券纸耐黄变性能、墨层耐磨性及油墨吸收时间的关系。通过实验得出以下的结论:证券纸的pH值在7附近时,耐黄变性能的综合评分值为0.02,油墨干燥时间为10s,油墨吸收性约为30%,以上几项印刷性能的综合效果达到最佳。The influence of pH value on printing performance of bond paper was studied, and the relation between pH value, resistance to yellow changing, drying time of ink, and absorbability of ink was mainly discussed. The results showed that while the pH value of bond paper approximated to 7, the printing performances all achieved their best, as the synthetic evaluation score of resistance to yellow changing being 0.02, the drying time of ink being 10s, and the absorbability of ink being 30%.
