摘　　要：学位论文资源作为一种重要的知识资源,其有效开发和利用不仅关系到我国学位教育的发展,而且关系到论文知识创新成果的社会利用。本文针对我国学位论文资源系统建设与分散服务的局限性,以需求为导向,在数字化环境下分析了基于资源共享的跨系统协调问题,构建了面向用户的学位论文跨系统共享模型,从管理、资源、服务和利用层面,提出了相应的组织思路与实现原则。Dissertations as an important knowledge resources, their effective exploitation and utilization are related not only to the development of the Chinese degree education, but also to the socialization utilization of knowledge innovational outcome. This paper aims at the limitations of system construction and decentralized services of dissertations resources in china, being demandoriented, analyses the cross-system coordination based on the sharing of resources in the digital environment, sets up a user-oriented model of dissertation cross-system sharing, from the level of management, resources, services and utilization, put forwards the corresponding organizations paths and realization principles.
