摘　　要：以数学为理论基础,利用数值计算方法(或数值分析)对乳品微生物检测数据进行误差分析,并用有限差分法找出了微生物测量值与真实值和各种误差的关系。这样就为今后合理制定国家乳品微生物检测标准找出了科学依据。Based on math for the theoretical basis, error of testing data was analyzed by using numerical methods （or numerical analysis） and use of the finite difference method to find all kinds relations of microorganisms measured value with the true value. A scientific basis was founded for the future development of national dairy microbial testing standards.
