抗青光眼术毕预置医源性高眼压对预防浅前房的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察小梁切除术毕预置医源性高眼压对预防和减少浅前房的效果。方法对65眼青光眼患者经随机分组,分别行常规小梁切除手术和预置医源性高眼压抗青光眼手术,并观察术后浅前房的发生。结果常规手术组39眼行常规小梁切除手术的患者中发生浅前房并发症11眼,占28%。预置高眼压组26眼中发生2眼,占8%,两组经统计分析,相差显著。结论预置医源性高眼压抗青光眼手术对减少浅前房的发生,有一定的效果。Objective To observe the effect of presetting iatrogenic intraocular hypertension in preventing or decreasing the occur- rence of shallow anterior chamber （ SAC ） after trabeculectomy. Methods 65 eyes with glaucoma were randomly divided into 2 groups： routine group （ n = 39, receiving trabeculectomy） and control group （n = 26, receiving anti - glaucoma surgery with presetting iatrogenic intraocular hypertension） ; the occurrence of shallow anterior chamber after operation was observed. Results 11 eyes （28 % ） out of the 39 in routine group had the complication of shallow anterior chamber while so .did 2 eyes （8%） out of the 26 in control group; the statistical analysis showed a significant difference between the 2 groups. Conclusions Anti - glaucoma surgery with presetting iatrogenic intraocular hypertension is effective in decreasing the occurrence of shallow anterior chamber.
