摘　　要：本文分析了几起常见液货船海事的起因,探讨了液货船船员适任性与液货船安全的密切关系,阐述了关于液货船船员适任性评价的必要性和现实意义。This paper analyses the causes of several typical accidents of the liquid bulk carrier in the world lately. Discuss the releations between the competence of seafarers serving on liquid - bulk carriers and the ship＇s safly, Steate the necessity and actual meanings of the assessment for the competence of seafarers serving on liquid - bulk carriers.
