摘　　要：目的研究大鼠辅助性原位肝移植模型的手术技巧及术后并发症的预防。方法30只SD大鼠作供体。30只SD大鼠为受体。通过"袖套法"施行大鼠辅助性原位肝移植。结果24h存活率76%(19/25);周存活率56%(14/25)。结论熟练的显徽外科技术是模型成功与否的关键。Objective To investigate the method and technique of parital auxiliary orthotopic liver transplantation in rats. Methods 30 cases of parital auxiliary orthotopic liver transplantation in SD rats were performed using cuf-tecnique and microsurgery method. The successful rate, operation time and complications were observed. Results The general successful rate was 90%, the survival rate of postoperation 24-hour and one week was 76%（19/25）and 56% （14/25）respectively. Conclusion Meticulous and skilled microsurgical technique is the key to successful operation.
