显微超声技术去除根管内塑化物的临床观察

摘　　要：目的采用显微超声技术对根管内塑化治疗后的患牙进行再治疗,评价该技术在去除根管内塑化物的疗效。方法在根管显微镜下,采用超声工作尖去除根管内塑化物,通过X线片、根尖定位仪等对治疗效果进行评价。结果358根塑化根管显微超声技术再治疗后根管完全再通的有225根(成功率62.85%)。结论显微超声技术在去除根管内塑化物有较好的疗效;由于各种原因,塑化根管完全再通畅率较低。Objective To evaluate the effect of using ultrasonic technique under the dental microscope to remove the resinfying materials in canals. Methods The resinfying materials were removed using ultrasonic tips under the dental microscope and the effect evaluated by X-ray and root apex locator. Results 225 canals of 358 resinfied canals were successfully retreated, and the success rate was 62. 85%. Conclusion The use of dental microscope and ultrasonic technique is useful in treating the resinfied teeth. But the success rate was low because of several factors.
