摘　　要：目的了解北京市5岁城乡儿童口腔健康行为,为北京市口腔卫生保健工作提供信息支持。方法采用多阶段分层等容量随机抽样的方法,抽取北京市5岁城乡常住儿童共394名,男女各半,按照《第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方案》设计的5岁儿童家长问卷,对受检儿童父母一对一进行现场问卷调查,了解儿童饮食行为,口腔卫生行为、利用口腔医疗行为,家长口腔保健知识知晓情况。结果8%的儿童经常有睡前进食甜食的习惯。多数儿童在3岁前开始刷牙,每日刷牙两次的孩子约占一半。有50%的孩子使用含氟牙膏刷牙。在过去1年中,虽然城市58%、农村81%的儿童没看过牙医,但就医行为在全国处于前列。结论北京市5岁儿童口腔健康行为高于全国水平,但仍有待进一步提高,特别是农村儿童口腔健康行为急需提高,需要加强儿童父母口腔保健知识宣传,帮助孩子建立良好的口腔卫生行为。Objective To investigate the oral health behaviors of 5-years-old children in Beijing urban and rural areas and to provide informative basis for the establishment of oral health care policies in Beijing. Methods An equalsized stratified multi-stage randomly sampling design was applied to obtain a representative sample group, which consisted of 394 5-years-old subjects who permanently reside in Beijing urban or rural areas, with a equal gender distribution. The questionnaire was designed according to ＂ The Guideline for the 3rd National Oral Health Survey＂ , which included such contents as dietary habits, oral hygiene behaviors, utilization of dental service, knowledge of oral health care, etc. Results 8% of the surveyed children had a habit of often consuming sweet foods before sleeping and most of them began to brush their teeth before 3 years old, while only the half brushed their teeth twice a day, with fluoridated toothpaste. 58% of the urban and 81% of the rural subjects utilized dental services during the year before the investigation. Conclusion The average oral health behavior of 5-years-old children in Beijing area is better than that in any other parts of China, but still needs to be improved, especially in rural areas.
