96例青年鼻咽癌放射治疗疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析青年鼻咽癌放射治疗疗效。方法:从1986年1月至1990年10月,使用^(60)COγ线治疗青年鼻咽癌96例。鼻咽部DT 64～80Gy/6～8周。颈部转移淋巴结DT 60～70 Gy/6～8周。预防剂量45 Gy以上。结果:本组5年生存率为39.6％(38/96)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期5年生存率分别为84.6％(11/13)、47.4％(18/38)、20.0％(9/45)结论:青年鼻咽癌病情进展快,颈淋巴结转移率高(86.4％)。分次照射DT 1.9～2 Gy/次5年生存率高。淋巴结N_3患者预后差。Objective: To evaluate radiotherapy for nasopharyneal carcinoma(NPC) in young patients.Materials and Methods: 96 cases of NPC in young patients were treated by ^(60)CO from Jan. 1986 toOct. 1990.Nasopharynxes were given DT64-80Gy/6-8 wks and metastasized lymph nodes DT60-70Gy/6-8 wks, preventive doses DT over 45Gy in necks. Results: The overall 5-year survival rate was39. 6%. The stage Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ were 84. 6%, 47. 4% and 20.0%, respectively. Conclusion: NPC in youngpatients develops fast and has a high cervical lymph node metastatic rate(86. 4%). 5-year survival rateis high with DT1. 9-2Gy/day. Patients with lymph node N_3 have bad prognoses.
