摘　　要：介绍了IVI(Interchangeable Virtual Instruments,可互换性虚拟仪器)的系统结构和运行机制,以综合电子系统自动测试平台为基础,设计了射频信号发生器的类驱动库和专有仪器驱动库。结果表明该系统结构能够实现仪器互换性、开放性和通用性。In this article,introduced the system structure and the movement mechanism of IVI ,and designed IVI Class Driver and IVI Specific Driver, based on Automated Test Platform of a compositive electronic system. The result indicated this system structure can realize the instrument interchangeability, openness andthe versatility.
