摘　　要：目的研究生长抑素受体(SSTR)各亚型在人胃癌、癌旁及浅表性胃炎组织的表达及其临床意义。方法对40例手术及胃镜活检取得的胃癌及癌旁组织和浅表性胃炎组织标本(其中手术29例,胃镜活检11例)应用免疫组化方法检测组织中SSTR1、SSTR2、SSTR3、SSTR5的表达。同时检测病理类型及淋巴结转移。结果胃癌组SSTR1、SSTR2、SSTR3、SSTR5表达较浅表性胃炎及癌旁组明显减少(P<0.01)。浅表性胃炎组及癌旁组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。有淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组SSTR1、SSTR3表达无统计学差异(P=0.270,P=0.125)。无淋巴结转移组较有淋巴结转移组SSTR2、SSTR5表达增高(P<0.05)。中高分化胃癌组SSTR1、SSTR2、SSTR3表达较低分化胃癌表达增高(P<0.05)。结论SSTR1、SSTR2、SSTR3、SSTR5的减少可能在胃癌的发生发展中发挥一定作用,SSTR2、SSTR5的表达与胃癌有无淋巴结转移有关,SSTR1、SSTR2、SSTR3的表达与胃癌分化程度有关。Objective To investigate the expression of each subtype of somatostatin receptor （SSTR） in gastric cancerous, adjacent non -cancerous tissues and those with superficial gastritis and to explore their clinical significance. Methods 40 specimens of gastric cancer tissues, adjacent non - cancerous tissues and those with superficial gastritis taken from surgery and gastroscopic biopsy （29 from surgery and 11 from biopsy）, were examined for the expression of SSTR1, SSTK2, SSTR3 and SSTR5 by immmunohistoehemistry （IHC）. Meanwhile, these tissues were determined for pathological differentiations of and lymph node metastasis. Results （1）The expressions of SSTR1, SSTR2, SSTR3 and SSTR5 in gastric cancer group were markedly lower than those in adjacent non - cancerous tissue group and superficial gastritis group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no statistic differences between two control groups （ P 〉 0.05）. （2）There were no statistical differences between lymph - node - metastasis group and no - lymph - node - metastasis group in the expression of SSTR1 and SSTR3 （ P = 0.270, P = 0. 125 ）. There were upregulated expressions of SSTR2 and SSTR5 in the lymph - node- metastasis group, in contrast with the no -lymph -node -metastasis group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of SSTR1, SSTR2 and SSTR3 in middle - high differentiated gastric cancer group were higher than those in low differentiated gastric cancer group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The decrease in the amount of SSTR1, SSTR2, SSTR3 and SSTR5 in gastric tissues may be related to the carcinogenesis and progression. The expressions of SSTR2 and SSTR5 are correlated with lymph node metastasis. A relationship is observed between the expression of SSTR1, SSTR2 and SSTR3 with the differentiations of gastric cancer.
