摘 要:液压挖掘机工作时,铲斗液压缸无杆腔的油液压力间接反映了土壤的挖掘阻力.针对实验液压挖掘机独特的双阀芯液压系统及铲斗液压缸两腔所采取的控制策略,以"铲斗液压缸瞬时挖掘功率=无杆腔油液瞬时压力×无杆腔瞬时输入流量"为数学模型,探讨了液压挖掘机的功耗规律,将功耗规律对时间积分得到能耗规律;最后开展了大量的现场挖掘实验.结果表明,振动掘削相对于静态掘削不但可以有效地提高工作效率,而且还可以有效地降低挖掘阻力和功率消耗,且正弦波振动载荷的掘削效果明显优于三角波载荷.The oil pressure of bucket hydraulic cylinder's big cavity indirectly reflects the digging resistance when hydraulic excavator is working. Based on the particular double spool hydraulic system of experiment hydraulic excavator and the control method of bucket hydraulic cylinder's two cavity, and the assumption that the instantaneous digging power of bucket hydraulic cylinder is equal to the oil instantaneous pressure of big cavity multiplies the instantaneous input flux of big cavity, the power consuming rule of hydraulic excavator is studied, and the energy consuming rule is derived after the power consuming rule is integralled to time. Plentiful digging experiment indicates that vibratory excavation, in contrast to normal excavation, can not only improve work efficiency, but also reduce digging resistance and power consumption. In addition, the digging effect of sine wave vibratory load is better than triangle wave vibratory load.
