摘 要:介绍了薯类作物中铁离子含量的测定方法。文中用干灰化法处理样品,把样品置于530℃马福炉中灰化,使铁游离出来,再用盐酸羟胺将其还原成Fe2+,用邻二氮菲分光光度法在510 nm波长处测定橙红色络和物Fe(Phen)32+的吸光度,由标准曲线及样品的吸光度可查得样品溶液的铁含量。经过测定和计算,薯类作物中铁含量大小顺序为马铃薯、芋头、魔芋、菱角、荸荠、山药、红薯。The thesis introduces the method of determining the iron in the uberous crops. The samples were disposed by using dry ash test. Samples were burned in 530℃ muffle furnace into ashes. Then the free Fe^3+ was reduced to Fe^2+ by hydroxylamine hydrochloride and the absorbance of the orange complex Fe (Phen)3^2+ was obtained by using 1,10--Phenanthroline monchydrate spectrophotometry at the wave 510 nm. The iron contents was calculated through the standard curve and the absorbance. The results showed that the iron content from high to low was potato, taro, konjac, ling, water chestnut, Chinese yam and sweet potato.
