摘　　要：发挥高校的科技优势，为地方行业服务已不仅是高校的一种社会服务功能的体现，更成为了历史发展的必然。本文就这个问题展开讨论，分析在这种历史潮流的驱动下，高校应当采取何种措施，推动行业科技进步，服务地方经济社会发展。Taking advantage of university science and technology to serve the local industry development is not only one kind of university social service function but also the necessity of historical development. This paper discusses this issue and analyzes which measure should university take to promote the industry technology and serve the local economy development.
