摘　　要：随着上海电网售电量结构的明显变化,只实现分电压、分区、分线路管理已不能满足线损管理的需要。针对上海10 kV及以下电压等级城市配电网,介绍了按"四分"(即分电压、分区、分线路、分台区)原则,分级实施线损精细化管理的技术方案及其具体实施,为降损节能工作更具针对性地展开提供了科学技术手段。With evident change of consumption structure of Shanghai network, the original line management, based on different voltage levels, district and line, cannot amply with present requirement of line loss management. Based on 10 kV and below urban distribution network in Shanghai, this paper introduces technical solu- tion and practical implementation of meticulous line loss management level by level, following ＇four-division principle＇（ voltage division, district division, line division and transformer division）, to provide scientific and technical measures for more pertinent work of saving energy and reducing loss.
