摘　　要：为了提高市场竞争力,非物流专业企业纷纷将非核心的物流业务外包,以实现自身的持续性发展;然而物流外包在给企业带来诸多利益的同时,也带来了很多风险。为了使物流外包企业在认识风险的基础上可以有效规避物流外包风险,文章对物流外包风险的形成机理从三个方面进行探讨,得出相应的模型和结论。In order to enhance the market competitiveness, the non-professlonal logistics companies are outsourcing its noncore business, in order to achieve self-sustained development. But the logistics outsourcing bring in a lot of interests, it also brings risk. This paper explores the risk mechanism of logistics outsourcing from three areas, to draw corresponding conclusions and models, so that the logistics outsourcing enterprises can avoid risk effectively on the base of understanding the logistics outsourcing risk.
