摘　　要：基于绿色物流思想,将成品油配送过程引致的环境污染成本和安全风险成本近似定量化处理,并兼顾考虑时间变动因素,将上述变量纳入成本法选址模型,建立基于绿色物流思想的成品油配送中心选址模型。利用该模型进行选址,在一定程度上能够有效降低物流活动的外部性,迎合了物流活动绿色化的要求。Based on the theory of green logistics, environmental cost and risk cost resulting from distribution of petroleum products are approximately quantified. Taking time variation into account, parameters mentioned are brought into cost-approach location model. Eventually, green logistics-based location model for petroleum products＂ distribution center is formulated. To some ex- tent, this model can effectively reduce the external costs of logistics and meet the requirements of green logistics when being put into practice.
