摘  要:目的探讨喉鳞癌和声带息肉中hMLH1和hMSH2蛋白的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测喉鳞癌和声带息肉中hMLH1和hMSH2蛋白的表达。结果在喉鳞癌中hMLH1和hMSH2蛋白的阳性率为56.86%、58.82%,显著低于声带息肉81.25%、87.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。hMLH1和hMSH2的表达与喉癌分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论hMLH1和hMSH2在喉癌早期发生中起重要作用;hMLH1和hMSH2的表达与肿瘤分化程度及预后有关。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of hMLHI,hMSH2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and vocal cord polyps. Methods The expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 protein were detected by immunohistoehemistry SP method. Results The expression positive rates of hMLH1 and hMSH2 in laryngeal carcinoma was 56. 86%, 58.82%, was lower than the rates in vocal cord polyps 81.25% ,87. 50%, there was significant difference between them( P 〈 0. 05). The expression of hMLH1 and hMSH2 was related with differentiation level and metastasis of lymphonode of laryngeal carcinoma (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion hMLH1 and hMSH2 play important roles in the early occurrence of laryngeal carcinoma. The expressions of hMLH1 and hMSH2 are related to tumor differential degree and prognosis.
