摘　　要：目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌发生发展过程中Survivin和PTEN蛋白表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组化法,检测60例口腔鳞状细胞癌,17例不典型增生和10例正常组织中Survivin和PTEN蛋白表达水平。结果在口腔鳞状细胞癌中Survivin和PTEN蛋白表达阳性率分别为61.67%和73.33%。且随着肿瘤恶性程度的增加,Survivin表达升高,PTEN表达下降,二者之间存在相关性(P<0.05)。Survivin和PTEN蛋白表达均与肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论Survivin和PTEN蛋白异常表达在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展过程中起重要作用,联合检测Survivin和PTEN表达水平有可能作为反映口腔鳞状细胞癌进展和预后的生物学指标。Objective To study the relationship between expression of Survivin and PTEN in carcinogenesis and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC）. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Survivin and PTEN in 60 cases of OSCC, 17 cases of displasia and 10 cases of normal tissue. Results In 60 cases of OSCC, the expression of Survivin and PTEN were 61.67% and 73.33% respectively. Expression of Survivin was positively correlated with the malignant degree of OSCC （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Survivin activity was associated with PTEN expression in OSCC （P 〈 0. 05）. The expression of Survivin and PTEN was correlated with tumor grading and lymph nodes metastasis （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The abnormal expressions of Survivin and PTEN play an important role in occurrence and progression of OSCC, associating Survivin with PTEN may be biological indicator in forecasting the progress and prognosis of OSCC.
