摘  要:以莱芜生姜(Zingiber of ficinale Rosc.)离体叶片为试验材料,研究了不同浓度抗坏血酸(AsA)对强光照射下姜离体叶片光抑制及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果显示,在强光条件下,姜离体叶片的Fv/Fm、qP和qN随强光照射时间增加呈下降趋势。在照光10~30min,较低浓度AsA(10、50、100mmol·L-1)处理的Fv/Fm高于CK和150mmol·L-1AsA处理。10mmol·L-1AsA处理的叶片qP值始终高于对照,所有AsA处理qN都高于对照。AsA处理叶片的超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)活性高于对照。强光照射30min时,10、50、100mmol·L-1AsA处理的过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性高于对照和高浓度的AsA处理(150mmol·L-1),尤以10mmol·L-1AsA处理最佳,Fv/Fm和qP分别比对照高7.22%、15.88%,qN和抗氧化酶活性也维持较高水平。研究表明外源AsA对强光引起的姜叶片光抑制有一定的保护作用。Effect of external AsA on the photoinhibition of ginger detached leaves under high light was studied. The results showed that PS Ⅱ photochemistry effieiency(Fv/Fm) ,qp and qN Of ginger leaves in vitro decreased under high light. During 10--30 min high light illumination, Fv/Fm of lower AsA treatments(10, 50,100 mmol· L-1)were higher than that with higher AsA treatment(150 mmol·L-1)or CK. % of 10 mmol · L^-1 AsA treatments was always higher than that of CK or other AsA treatments under high light. qN of all AsA treatments was higher than that of CK under high light. The activities of SOD and DHAR with AsA treatment were higher than that of CK. During 30 min high light illumination,the activities of POD and APX with lower AsA treatments(10,50,100 mmol· L^-1 )were higher than those of CK and high AsA treatment(150 mmol · L 1). 10 μmol · L^-1 AsA treatment was most efficient in all AsA treatments, Fv/Fm and qr with 10 μmol·L^-1 AsA treatment increased 7.22% and 15.88% respectively than that of CK. The qN and anti-oxidation enzyme activities maintained in high level. These results showed that external AsA had some protecting effect in photo-inhibition of ginger leaves under high light.
