摘　　要：描述了一种基于面向服务的知识管理应用模型,利用SOA(面向服务架构)将各种信息资源无缝整合到统一的商务智能环境,简化了数据传输,使得分析、决策更加快捷。同时,基于该架构也能够将企业运营过程中产生的新知识进行管理,形成企业的知识库,并将知识进行共享,提高了企业整体的知识结构。This paper described an applied model which based on service oriented architecture. All kinds of information resources could be seamlessly integrated into a business environment. With SOA （Service Oriented Architecture） the data will be transfer simply and analysis and decision can be made quickly too. The knowledge which is created as the enterprise runs, will be managed effectively. They will be load into KB （Knowledge Base） automatic. The employee can share the knowledge which has been stored in the KB, so the capability of the whole enterprise will be promoted.
