口灵药膜治疗复发性口疮临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨口灵药膜治疗复发性口疮(RAU)的临床疗效。方法:治疗组80例RAU患者采用口灵中药药膜治疗,对照组80例RAU患者采用西药常规治疗,观察用药后的平均溃疡期及疼痛指数的变化。结果:治疗组平均溃疡期明显缩短,疼痛指数明显下降。结论:药膜治疗复发性口疮能减轻患者痛苦,使病程缩短,并优于西药治疗组。Objective： To investigate the Chinese traditional medieine＇s membrane therapy reponses in recurrent aphthae （RAU）. Method： A randomized, double-blind method was applied in treatment RAU.80 cases in experimental group and another 80 cases in the control group were administered with Chinese traditional medicine＇s membrane and Western medicine respectively. To observe the duration of recurrent aphthae （DR） and to evaluate pain control effect with pain Index （PI）. Result： The duration of recurrent aphthae （DR） was shorten and pain Inde （PI） was decreased evidently in experimental group with Kouling medieinels memhrane.Conclution： Treatment with Kouling medicine, s membrane in RAU can reduce patient＇s pain, shorten duration of recurrent aphthae. It is more effective than Western medicine.
